What to tell us
A few details help us match you with the right contractor and save time at the inspection:
- the suburb, and whether the house is single or double storey
- what the roof is made of (concrete tile, terracotta, iron, Colorbond, or you are not sure)
- roughly when the house was built, and whether the roof might be asbestos cement
- what you have noticed: leaks, stains, rust, broken tiles, a sagging line or storm damage
- whether there are solar panels, skylights or an evaporative cooler on the roof
- whether an insurance claim is involved
Photos taken from the ground or from inside the roof space are useful, but please don't climb onto the roof to take them.
What happens next
We pass your enquiry to an independent local roofing contractor who covers your area. They contact you to arrange a time to inspect the roof, then provide a written quote. The inspection and quote are free, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
