A referral service, not a roofing company
Roof Replacements Adelaide is a referral website. Roofing work is carried out by independent local contractors, not by the operator of this website. When you send an enquiry or call, we pass your details to a contractor who covers your area. That contractor arranges the inspection, prepares the quote and, if you accept, enters into a contract with you directly.
Your contract is with the contractor
The scope, price, timing, workmanship, materials, warranties and any variations are matters between you and the contractor you engage. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for its performance. Read every quote and contract carefully and ask questions before you sign.
Checking licences and insurance
We ask the contractors we work with to hold the licences and insurance the job needs. It remains your responsibility to confirm this before work starts. In South Australia you can check a building work contractor's licence on the Consumer and Business Services public register. Where a roof contains asbestos, removal must be carried out by a removalist holding the licence SafeWork SA requires. Ask to see current certificates of insurance.
